A Competent English > German Translation at your Fingertips
You need a translation from English to German, a good and professional one. Speed, competence and integrity are important to you, just like a personal touch, reliability and price. These qualities comes naturally to me because I really like translating, I love what I do.
My name is Berend Lange, I am German and live in Austria now, having spent 24 years in London, Johannesburg and Cape Town. Most people consider me as a native speaker in both German and English because I have a talent for languages and feel at home in both.
As a freelance translator I offer language services to private individuals, corporate clients and agencies. I have a lot of experience with commercial text, business correspondence, website copy and computer program instruction manuals ... although my favourite subjects would be around philosophy and tourism.
What do YOU want to translate?
If you have English text that you want to translate into German, be it ...
> Websites > Brochures > Sales Letters > Press Releases > Correspondence > Advertising Copy > Speeches > Reports > Articles
... or anything else, you can conveniently send it to me in English by email in any format and promptly get it back in German, formatted the same way.
I'll see to it that the source text is conveyed into the target language in a way that reads like an original text - you want to get your message across, your text to work. In the age of global communication, your success depends on the convincing portrayal of your ideas and products.
And this is valid not only in the corporate world : the other day I translated an interview for a British school-project about the different fashions and lifestyles for teenagers in Germany and the UK - there was no more room for cultural misunderstandings after that, believe me.

Whatever it is that you can say in English, let me do it for you in German : contact me from here.
And as an incentive to encourage you to become a new client, I'll do the first 300 words free of charge.
